Technical description for port 1345:

The port 1345 is used by the VPJP service. This service is actually identified by several other names such as the Norton Ghost Client Agent and the Symantec Ghost Client Agent. The executable file name for the service is called ngctw32.exe. The Ghost software was initially developed to copy and replicate disks. The name means General Hardware Oriented System Transfer.
The port 1345 may be used to create backups of the system. The original software was a standalone program. It was started by Binary Research but was eventually purchased by Symantec. Symantec later included the Ghost Client Agent a part of its software products. The Ghost Client Agent may use the port 1345 to create backups of the system_s information.
The Ghost Client service may be used to restore the computer even if it has been modified. The port 1345 may send the backups to a remote server.
