Description of ErrorThe Windows error 66 message appears when the essential resource type needed to link with the network is unavailable. The device name or the network directory specified by the user is unidentified. This type of error might appear when an invalid directory name was typed on the client system. For instance, if the names of an invalid device directory are A through Z, invalid names of printers are LPT1 through LPT9 and invalid device names are COM1 and COM9.
