Description of ErrorThe Windows error 1709 is a system error that manifests when a number of users in a multi-user environment are accessing the same application. The reason for this error is that the processing of information cannot be made possible at the same time to both users while accessing a particular database. It is said that typically, the first user to gain access receives the appropriate information while the second user is the recipient of the error message. The error reportedly occurs on a random basis and the chance that two or more users would receive the error message is very unlikely. The error is said to apply to different versions of Microsoft Visual FoxPro.
