Description of ErrorWindows error 1618 occurs whenever the user installs two or more processes at the same time, since the Windows Installer does not have the capacity to run simultaneous installations. The Windows Installer is one of the services offered by the Windows Operating System that allows the handling of all installation processes made on the userǃÙs computer. When the error appears, it provides the user with information advising the user that another installation is taking place and instructing the user to end other installation processes before proceeding to another. It is said that the error message informs the user the unsuccessful installation of the SQL Native Client.
