Description of ErrorThe system error code 109 may come into view if a hard drive that is larger than 137GB could point out that the hard drive is not addressed correctly. A hard drive with a capacity bigger that 137GB requires 48 bits of LBA (Logical Block Addressing), and if the structure is not applied and activated in Windows, the program used for partition will deliver this type of error.
